Mr. David W. Pugh, FCA (Bermudian) -- Director (non-Executive) -- Chief Financial Officer of Argus Group, Bermuda

Mr. Robert Thomson (Non-Bermudian) -- Director (non-Executive) -- Mr. Thomson is the holder of a Bermuda Permanent Residence Certificate and works for a Bermuda-based Consulting Company. He assists the Company on investment banking projects. He is also the founder of Hyperion Solutions, a NASDAQ listed company.
