First Bermuda Group Management

Mr. Jeffrey Conyers, Chief Executive Officer & Director -- began his career as an Investment Advisor working with two Canadian brokerage firms before returning to Bermuda where he joined Bank of Bermuda in 1985 focusing on investments and trust services. Mr. Conyers is a co-Founder of FBG, a Deputy Chairman of the Bermuda Stock Exchange, and serves as a director for several public and private companies in Bermuda. He holds licenses with the NASD as a General Securities Principal, Financial Operations Principal and Registered Options Principal. Mr. Conyers is a graduate of Trinity College at the University of Toronto, Canada.

Mr. Michael Schroter, Executive Vice President, Director & Secretary -- is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and an Associate Member of the Institute of Management Consultants (U.K.). He began his career as a director of his family's international group of apparel companies. Mr. Schroter subsequently founded his own management consulting firm, serving as an advisor for numerous corporate clients in industries ranging from financial services to the Arts Council of Great Britain. In 1991, Mr. Schroter moved to Bermuda where he joined FBG. He serves as a director of several listed and unlisted companies. Today, he is head of FBG's capital markets operations, focusing inter alia on fundraising and BSX listings for global corporate clients. Mr. Schroter is a graduate of the University of Manchester.

Mr. Richard Gibson, Chief Financial Officer -- Mr. Gibson is a British/Bermudian citizen and is an economics graduate of McMaster University. Having trained with Coopers & Lybrand, he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1979. He was CFO of National Underwriters Insurance Co. Ltd. (Bermuda) from 1982 to 1984, relocating to the U.K. in 1984 where he became a Director and CFO of Donsort Limited. Returning to Bermuda in 1991, he was appointed by the Bank of Butterfield as Senior Manager, Head of Butterfield Mortgage & Finance until 1998, when he was engaged by the Bank as VP Head of Control Operations. He joined the Company in 2000. He serves as a Director of several unlisted Companies.

Mr. Douglas Selley, Chief Operating Officer -- Mr. Selley is a British/Bermudian citizen and is a finance graduate of Babson College. His career began with a brief term at Cooper & Lines Accounting before moving to the Bank of Bermuda in their internal audit division, later moving into Corporate Loans. In 1989 he joined the Bermuda Monetary Authority as Supervisor, and later, Manager of the Banking and Financial Institution Supervision Division. Mr. Selley returned to the Bank of Bermuda in 1994 as Assistant Manager, Commercial Loans, later transferring to the Bank's Investment Department as Manager, Operations and from there to Business Development Manager, VP Retail. He joined the Company in 2003. He serves as a Director of several unlisted Companies.

Ms. Betty Brown, Senior Vice President -- Mrs. Brown is a British/Bermudian citizen who has been employed in the financial sector for over 30 years. Her career began at National Westminster Bank in the UK and continued on her return home to Bermuda with a position at the Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Ltd. In 1970 Mrs. Brown joined the Bermuda Commercial Bank Ltd and was employed in various positions there until 1997 when she had responsibility for Somers Mortgage & Finance Ltd as that Company's General Manager. With the winding down of the mortgage business at Bermuda Commercial Bank Ltd. Mrs. Brown was invited to join Bermuda Savings & Loan where she holds the position of Senior Vice President.
