Randolph R. G. Somerville, Vice President, Investment Services Group, is a Canadian and Bermudian citizen and is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, BA economics (1979). He is a Chartered Accountant (Canada, 1983) and a member of the Certified Financial Planners of Canada (1994). He is licensed with NASD as a General Securities Principal, Series 7 and 24. Randy trained and practiced as a Chartered Accountant with Collins Barrow in Toronto and following with Kempe and Whittle in Bermuda. He has been with First Bermuda Group since its commenced activities in 1991.

Christine Butler, Senior Investment Advisor, joined First Bermuda Group in 1999 through a company acquisition. Prior to this Christine spent 14 years with ITT/The Hartford's Bermuda office where she was Investment/Treasury Manager and responsible for approx $1bn under management. Christine, originally from the UK, has experience in private banking, accounting, portfolio management and has over 20 years experience in the investment industry.

Albert Burgess, Senior Investment Advisor, was born and educated in Bermuda, completing his schooling at Bermuda College. After working in a treasury function at a Bermuda financial institution, Albert joined First Bermuda Group in 1995. He has served various roles in institutional sales, private placements and is now an advisor within our Investment Advisory team.
